Delicious Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups quick oats

  • 6 cups rolled oats

  • 1 ½ cups coconut chips or flakes

  • ¾ cup chopped pecans

  • ¾ cup chopped or slivered almonds

  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts

  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple juice (or other fruit juice)

  • 1 cup extra light olive oil

  • 1 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients and then add the liquid and mix well with hands.

  2. Place in 9×13 pans. Bake at 170-200°F (approx. 6-8 hours).
