Lebanese Green Beans
Ingredients
3 cups sliced green beans
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, peeled & chopped
1 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
Preparation
Cook onion on a low heat until clear.
Add tomato and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add oil and mix. Place beans on top, but do not mix.
Cook with lid on over low heat 45 minutes until beans are soft.
