Lebanese Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced green beans

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 tomato, peeled & chopped 

  • 1 Tbsp oil 

  • 1 tsp salt  

Preparation

  1. Cook onion on a low heat until clear.

  2. Add tomato and cook for another 5 minutes.

  3. Add oil and mix. Place beans on top, but do not mix.

  4. Cook with lid on over low heat 45 minutes until beans are soft.
