German Carob Cake





Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk plus ½ cup water
½ cup of maple syrup or sugar
1 ½ cups almond flour
½ cup gluten free flour
1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
½ cup carob powder
1/3 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 tablespoon of extra light olive oil
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Combine wet mixture with dry ingredients.
Place in cake pan.
Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
Let cool. Frost with Carob avocado pudding mix.
