Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Splashes of vanilla unsweetened coconut milk or coconut Almond milk
Maca Powder - serving size of package
1 Tbsp of chia seeds
Sweetener of your choice
1/3 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
½ cup mixed frozen berries
1/3 or ½ of a banana
Topping Options
Sprinkle of chia seeds
Fresh blueberries
Banana slices (optional)
Kiwis
Favorite Granola recipe with added almonds and pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in blender except the topping options (refer to the bottom of this recipe).
Add a little milk and blend. Blend until smooth,
adding additional coconut milk, as needed. (Add as little as necessary so your smoothie will be thick).Taste and add sweetener of choice if desired.
Place into two bowls and top with granola on one side and garnish with kiwi, banana, blueberries, and chia seeds.
Variations: You can add any super food
powder or protein powder you like. Turmeric, ginger, moringa, and ashwagandha, are good options.
