Banana Bread or Muffins GF

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Gluten- free flour                                 

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour                           

  • ½ cup sugar or maple syrup

  • 3 tsp baking powder                          

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts                                 

  • ¼ cup oil                  

  • ¼ cup milk or water

  • 1 cup pureed bananas

  • ½ cup raisins (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

  2. In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients.

  3. Blend the remainder of the ingredients until smooth.

  4. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.

  5. Pour into muffins tins or loaf pan.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
