Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1 cup flaxseeds/linseeds

Preparation

  1. Grind in blender or coffee grinder until all are ground like fine breadcrumbs (not like a paste).

  2. Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons on fruit salad at breakfast time.

  3. You can also use sesame seeds or pumpkin seeds.
