Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
1-pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp garlic, granulated
2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
Pinch of sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Whisk together all of the ingredients, except the brussel sprouts.
Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
Lay out on baking sheet so that Brussels sprouts are a single layer.
Add to oven and cook 20 minutes. Then remove it from the oven. Allow it to slightly cool, serve, and enjoy.
Variation: May use carrots instead of Brussels Sprouts.
