Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1-pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup 

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • ½ tsp garlic, granulated 

  • 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos

  • Pinch of sea salt 




Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2.  Whisk together all of the ingredients, except the brussel sprouts.

  3. Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.

  4. Lay out on baking sheet so that Brussels sprouts are a single layer.

  5. Add to oven and cook 20 minutes. Then remove it from the oven. Allow it to slightly cool, serve, and enjoy. 

    Variation: May use carrots instead of Brussels Sprouts.
