Easy Raw Zucchini Hummus
Ingredients
2 cups zucchini, peeled & chopped
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup raw tahini
¼ cup fresh lime or lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
⅓ cup water
½ cup sunflower seeds, soaked 1 hour
2 tsp sea salt
½ cup cashews, soaked 1 hour
Preparation
Mix in a food processor or blender to create a delicious dip.
You can serve with cut veggies or use as a spread for wraps.
