Cabbage with Tarragon

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size head of cabbage, chopped coarsely

  • 1 medium onion, chopped coarsely

  • Salt to taste

  • 3 tablespoons of fresh tarragon or 1 heaping tablespoon of dried

  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in pot, cover and cook to desired consistency, stirring 2 or 3 times on medium heat.

  2. Serve.
