Almond Parmesan Cheese
Ingredients
1 cup raw almonds (with or without skins) or almond meal
½ cup nutritional yeast flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder (optional)
½ tsp. Himalayan salt
Preparation
Place almonds in food processor and grind the almond until ground well.
Add the yeast flakes and pulse a few times just enough to mix.
Put this mixture into a glass pint jar and the rest of the ingredients.
Close jar and shake jar to mix everything well.
Sprinkle on any pasta dish or pasta sauce or cooked vegetables.
