Almond Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds (with or without skins) or almond meal

  • ½ cup nutritional yeast flakes 

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. onion powder (optional) 

  • ½ tsp. Himalayan salt 

Preparation

  1. Place almonds in food processor and grind the almond until ground well.

  2. Add the yeast flakes and pulse a few times just enough to mix.

  3. Put this mixture into a glass pint jar and the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Close jar and shake jar to mix everything well.

  5. Sprinkle on any pasta dish or pasta sauce or cooked vegetables.
