Have a 1-hour phone or video consultation with our knowledgeable staff. Consultations consist of an in depth discussion of the person’s health concerns and lifestyle. Afterwards, recommendations will be made to address the specific needs of the individual.

For any condition, thorough analysis of the persons overall health is key to better determine the root of the symptoms/signs. There can be a number of circumstances causing an individual’s health challenges.

After booking an appointment, this very detailed health form must be completed so it can be reviewed by us before the consultation time. It must be completed by no later than the morning of your appointment. Otherwise, your consultation will be rescheduled. Please complete the form using this link: health form. If booking a video consultation, a zoom link scheduled for the appointment time and day will be emailed.
