Colon Herbal Tea Blend (New Packaging) - Buckthorn Bark, Licorice Root, and Cascara Sagrada Bark
Use 1 tsp to one cup water. Bring water to boil then simmer for 15 minutes. Turn heat off and let sit 15 minutes. Strain and store in fridge. Drink ¼ cup to 1 cup as needed.
This herbal blend gently stimulates the peristaltic action of the colon to keep your system healthy and happy.

I really like the taste. It does nothing for me in the way of colon cleansing. I've made it stronger and drink 16 oz on empty stomach. Still no results. Just really tastes nice. No sweetner is needed. It has a nice licorice sweet after taste.
