INGREDIENTS:

Peppermint, elder flower, rose hips, ginger, anise seed, thyme, yarrow, and calendula.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Use 1 tsp to 1 cup of water. Bring the water to a boil. Turn the heat off and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy. For general use: Drink 1 cup daily. For chronic problems: Drink up to 2-4 cups daily as needed.
