Cascara Sagrada Bark Tea c/s, 4.0 oz.

Cascara Sagrada Bark is primarily used to treat chronic constipation, but is known to also aid with intestinal gas, liver, gallbladder problems, enlarged liver, gastric intestinal disorders, indigestion and jaundice. It is also believed to improve the muscle tone of the colon itself.

Use 1 tsp to one cup water. Bring water to boil then simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit 15 minutes. Strain and store in fridge. Drink 1/4 cup to 1 cup as needed.
