Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. curry powder
½ tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup walnuts
½ cup pecans
½ cup onion, finely chopped
½ cup fresh basil
Preparation
Separate cauliflower into florets and place in food processor along with pecans and walnuts.
Process until the size of a grain. In a small bowl blend turmeric, curry, oil, cumin, salt, and fresh basil.
Process or pulse to mix flavors.
Pour contents from food processor into large bowl and add chopped onion and fresh basil.
Combine well.
Enjoy as a salad. Serves 6
