Oat Burgers & White Gravy
Oats Burgers
Preparation
Bring water, liquid coconut aminos, and olive oil to boil in a large saucepan.
Add oats and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Allow to cool just slightly and form into patties on oil-sprayed cookie sheet, using a round ¼ cup measure or ice cream scoop to make uniform patties.
With wet fingers, flatten patties and round edges.
Bake at 350° F for 30-35 minutes.
Ingredients
4 ½ cups of water
¼ cup of liqiud coconut aminos
1/3 cup of olive oil
4 ½ cups of old-fashioned oats
3/4 cup of walnuts or sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 diced onion
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt to taste
White Gravy
Preparation
Blend smooth all except 2 cups of water.
Pour into saucepan.
Rinse blender with the remaining water. Add to pan.
Lightly boil 1-2 minutes, stirring.

1/8 cup of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
