Our 5-Day Virtual Wellness Programs are completely LIVE which offers participants the opportunity to interact with the presenters and ask questions after each of the sessions.
PLEASE USE THE CHAT SECTION TO TYPE YOUR QUESTIONS AND/OR COMMENTS. MICROPHONES WILL BE MUTED THROUGHOUT EVERY MEETING UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
Handouts, slides, and recipes will be provided that go along with the presentations. Each session will be recorded so that you can watch them again as your schedule permits for an UNLIMITED time.
Basic Requirements
- A computer (Mac or PC) or mobile device (Android/Apple phone or tablet)
- Good and stable internet access
- Using Firefox in private mode is not recommended
- A basic knowledge of web/computer use
- A basic understanding of web navigation
- Registration for a free Zoom account ahead of time at https://zoom.us/
Children
Our programs are not geared towards children (ages 0-17). Only adults ages 18 and above may participate and register for the Virtual Wellness Programs.
Work
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide for you work in exchange for a wellness program.
SCHEDULE
The 5-Day Virtual Lifestyle Session involves a time commitment. If you plan to work while you attend this session, just recognize that you will not be able to participate in all of the meetings and opportunities that are available.
PLEASE NOTE: The materials (the day’s web page, slides, and handouts) will become available in the beginning of each day. Videos of the meetings will become available throughout the week and will remain available for an UNLIMITED time.

Living Springs Retreat operates in the Central Time Zone, so all meeting times listed are in reference to Central Time Zone. If you are in another time zone, please plan your schedule accordingly.
