Welcome to the first day of your one-week detox! Get ready to dive into a day filled with inspiration, education, and healing. Start your day with a heartwarming devotion video, setting a positive tone and intention for the journey ahead. Follow this with an invigorating exercise routine to energize your body. Today's focus is on the foundational laws of health. You will also enjoy a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn to prepare delicious, healthy meals that support your detox. Make the most of today as you look forward to the healing and blessings that await you. The journey has just begun, and incredible changes are on the horizon!

In Day 2 we focus on the heart, that vital organ that sustains your life and well-being, empowering you to live a healthy, happy life. Today begins with an uplifting devotion video, followed by an invigorating exercise workout that will get your heart pumping and your energy flowing. Join our engaging lectures on heart health, hypertension, and stress management to discover essential strategies for maintaining a strong and healthy heart. In the cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare heart-healthy meals that are both delicious and nutritious, a perfect complement to your detox journey.

Another amazing day on your detox journey! Today we focus on diabetes and the importance of keeping your blood sugar in balance. By now, your energy should be up, so jump right into another exercise workout. Grab your opportunity to learn simple remedies to help your body recover if you ever feel sick. Participate in our cooking class from the convenience of your own kitchen and learn to prepare meals that support balanced blood sugar levels.

What could be better than the energy and the happy mood you’re experiencing right now? Begin this day with the usual uplifting morning devotion, followed by an invigorating exercise workout to energize your body and mind. Today we deal with arthritis, where you'll discover effective strategies to prevent or improve this condition in for yourself and others. We will also explore the power of simple water treatments and how they can be used to overcome various health problems. Lastly, don’t forget to join us in our exciting cooking class. Look for the recipes in your cookbook and be ready to cook with us.

Welcome to Day 5, dedicated to understanding cancer – its causes, prevention, and treatments. Gain valuable insights to support others battling this disease. As usual, join us we turn to God for blessing and guidance, followed by our usual refreshing and strengthening exercise workout. Participate in our cooking demonstration to learn nutritious meal preparation and then join our demonstration on the efficacy of essential oils and discover how these remedies can alleviate symptoms and improve quality of life. On day 6 we delve into topics that on the surface seem unrelated to health but have profound effects on us physically, mentally, and spiritually.
