Please Note: Photos and videos of participants will be taken throughout the day to capture the experience.

THINGS TO KNOW

  • Arrival & Departure: Program check-in is at 7 AM CST, and check-out is at 7:30 PM CST. Early check-in is available on Saturday between 6-9 PM for an additional $35 per person.
  • Travel: Transportation to and from the retreat is not provided. Please ensure your travel arrangements align with Central Standard Time (CST).
  • Accommodation: Single-day guests will be assigned a twin room shared with a same-gender participant, with private bathrooms available. Married couples will be assigned a queen room.
  • Medications: Please bring any necessary medications and supplies, especially if you are diabetic.

Please Note

  • Participants must be over 18 years old.
  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Due to limited capacity, early booking is recommended.
  • Individuals with Covid-19 are not eligible for our one-day program.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Essentials: Personal toiletries, dietary supplements, comfortable walking shoes, water bottle, swimwear, long robe, and non-skid shower shoes.
  • Seasonal Items: Jacket, raincoat, and gloves if needed.
  • Dress Code: Modest clothing (no sleeveless or low-cut tops, shorts or dresses below the knee). A casual dress code is encouraged to maintain comfort.

Please avoid bringing: Television sets, radios, junk food, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, or weapons.
