Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1-2 Tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 small cloves garlic  
  • ¼ cup of water  

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour over salad just before serving. Keeps 4 days in fridge.
  3. Serves 7.
